After reading the books and being a huge fan of what happens there, I feel like this movie was a massive disappointment, carrying over pretty much nothing from the book and not even leaving an ending anywhere near that of the book.
It shares none of the same themes, and the name of the movie โThe Scorch Trialsโ doesnโt even suit the movie.
The premise that there is a trial that has something to do with a scorched area donโt even play a theme in the movie, with a tiny portion of the movie being in something along the line of a scorched earth.
Overall disappointed with how much it differs from the books.
