some people reviewing this have hypocritically gone about it- i thought it was amazing. as a HUGE fan of the first game, i was super excited to play this and see where the story would go as it was a very concluding ending and i honestly do love where they went with it. the event that takes place in the start (no spoilers but if played you’ll know) was upsetting but i felt it was needed for a storyline to progress, though i was heartbroken. after the events of the first game, there’s not really much they could have done as a sequel without it getting too repetitive so they had to change the storyline quite drastically to make it good and it worked so well. the gameplay is a significant upgrade from the first game and was so intriguing and enjoyable to play with new features like prone and dodge. i love all of the new and old characters there (the likeable ones ofc) and thought the plot, soundtrack, graphics, storytelling, acting was incredible, one of the best games ive ever played!!!
