I thought The Gilded Age was fantastic - I love that time period of American history, and although that may seem as a benefit, it could count against the drama as I want to transported back to that time with great authenticity. I was. Great plots and sub plots, schemes and schemers, history and historical events and figures intertwined with fictitious characters, 5 stars from me!
