It’s slow, cliche to the point of Tyler Perry. I’m surprised that this wasn’t written by a racist white man that’s how stereotypical this felt. I came in expecting a horror movie and got about 50 minutes of overdone broke family problems mixed with 5 minutes of men thirsting after an old woman’s funbags. You can barely call this a horror movie, it’s more of a family drama that’s filled to the brim with annoying people you can barely stand. Needless to say, I ain’t ever watching a Lee Daniels film again

Writing didn't make sense, characters were dumb as all get out, and the kills weren't even good. Off camera kills are lame in a horror movie, and the effects were minimal and lazy. Don't waste your money.
