I saw other low reviews for this company but ignored them since I had already purchased my membership and spoke with the doctors and received my semaglutide. I honestly had no issues with them until I needed to cancel my plan. The medicine has been making me feel so sick and the benefit doesn't feel worth the side effects now. After calling and cancelling my membership I was charged for another months prescription of semaglutide. Mind you, I never even received a prescription from the doctor as you have to keep meeting with them for refills. I have yet to reach someone over the phone to argue this charge. Someone has just emailed me back after a few days saying they can provide a partial refund. Don't use this company!!! They aren't worth the headache and the other reviews ARE true about them charging you unnecessary fees!!!
