If I could give a negative review I would.
Never again. If you are reading this looking for advice on whether you should book with them or not, just don’t. The cheap tickets are not worth the headache, stress, and wasted time.
I went through security to my flight being delayed. NBD. Only then they started switching gates. Again NBD except for the fact the gates they’re switching to are on complete different ends of the airport. Go to that security to go through and see it was switched back to the one you were originally at. Go back through security then get boarded 2 hours late. We’re just about to leave then the pilots time out. Everyone off the plane. Now you’re delayed for another 3 hours. Then the flight is delayed til tomorrow morning. Then trying to get a hold of customer service is a joke.
I have been at the airport since noon. It is now 20:30. And I had to switch my flight to an earlier one.
It’s sad when even the Frontier employees say they won’t fly with them.
