I don't really remember how many times I had watched this movie. It is all about the two brothers being recruited to be a soldier, to fight for the war. They have the relationship that cannot be broken, and whatever they both do, the older ones always had to protect his younger brother, since he isn't graduated yet and the way he was recruited to be a soldier is something that is illegal. Despite all the bloody scenes, it shows how strong the soldiers was brave. This also helps us learn a lesson that humanity must have a force that cannot be easily broken. We should me brave and strong to be able to stand with our own. This movie made me cry. Really recommend it. However, I don't know if this is based on a true story, but if it is, well I just wanna say, salute to all the soldiers who joined the war to protect their country. Best Korean movie I watched ever. If I would rate it 100000/10, I WOULD.
