I will not give away spoilers. Anyone over 40 will be left with "Oh. I've seen this movie. And it was great then...BUT..." Anyone under the age of 40 will be thinking "That's cool". Either way, there is a really strong cast and very good direction. The editing was sound, and the premise was compelling. But the final product came off as wooden and predictable. And kind of insulting I think. Because I've seen this before, and there are at least three variations that were better. 3/5 which is pretty generous. Would have been a 2, but the acting was great. Lili never disappoints.

Mix Supernatural with Guiding Light. Stir in teenage RomCom with a major dash of Entirely Predictable and the result is Stranger Things.
