I couldn't even open this book. Even the layout alone is daunting and impossible to look at. I did not like this book at all and I think the very fact that it is in the English curriculum is a tragedy worthy of Shakespeare. I think that a lot of people take old literature and overinterpret it to pretend it is good. However symbolism means nothing if it is done so in a pile of feces. If I had to describe this book using one word, it would be MID.
