The people giving bad reviews and insulting the director's choices aren't seeing the forest for the trees.
This guy wanted the documentary to be on Netflix...who refused to publish it unless it was called a movie. A lot of what the director did, was in an effort to (1) get permission to have it shown on Netflix and (2) ensure it is "wacky" enough that the government doesn't shut it down, or have him killed.
Basically, 2/3 of the movie is about this intention, but you are all too focused on Mickey Rourke's ramblings (which have significance if you use your mind) and the choice in music and editing.
You need to see how difficult it is for this kind of "movie" to be made, to begin with, in order to appreciate the fact that there are truths being told, disguised as being conspiratorial, in order to give the government the impression that it is "safe" for the average American to watch on Netflix. If it wasn't presented this way, there would be no way the government of the United States would allow it to be shown.
Stop being stupid with your bad reviews!! This precursor to the Storm Area 51 movement, as well as other movements that I predict will occur in the coming months, started as a result of this information.
Get woke!!
