Loved this book. It's fun, clear, succinct and easy to learn from. Great for adults as well as kids!! Like the fact that Liam is coming from a place of solid, expert, contemporary research and oversight in this ever changing field. Will be buying copies for our children's school libraries too as this subject helps develop self awareness and emotional intelligence in children, not just knowledge and facts.
