As someone went into this movie blind, I thought it was very bad. My wife did not like it too. The movie felt very rushed. The cgi was ok, but there were too many plot holes. It felt like a Maze Runner or Hunger Games type of movie, but the production just felt off. The plot was all over the place and it was hard to believe that a world like the movie could exist. The ending just felt like they ran out of money and just let the viewer come to a conclusion what happened. These crazy space ships and all this technology and they do not see a helicopter flying to their special city. Flowers grown that make energy, but then the flowers destroy the dirt. Like what? Why not just do something like solar for energy. It was all so hard to believe. Like the movie The Giver has similar idea but it felt believable.
