Its almost good. But so many flaws with character behavior and basic human interactions. Have the writers ever been outside or just regurgitating every tired cliche thats been played out better in a million other shows, and are the producers aware that your audience is sophisticated enough to see the giant holes in the story and production. The beginning is supposed to be in Stockton, California but there are hills everywhere. FYI Stockton is in the giant San Joaquin VALLEY no hills in any direction for almost a hundred miles. Looks like they filmed in Filmore or Santa Paula. This on the run family end up in Mexico with the NSA and the Mexican cartel looking for them, and they dont bother trying to disguise themselves?! Not even a hat? Nothing. The dad keeps telling everyone they are not being followed and they are. He reiterates that nothing is gonna happen to them yet they continue to find themselves in jeopardy. A far fetched story with the main protagonist being a jerk all the time….I suggest passing on this debacle.

Want to like it and it does have its moments but the tone is a constant state of intensity that doesn't allow for much real character development or nuance. “Jane Doe” played by Jamie Alexander is captivating but generally the dialogue is corny the storylines are contrived and the acting performances are limited. Especially Sullivan Stapleton who only plays FBI agent “Weller” as having three emotions, irritated, intense and upset.
