I want to say Thank You to everyone, and I do mean Everyone, involved in making The Chosen. This is sharing the Gospel in ways that are changing people's lives, deepening the faith of the faithful, and leading others to faith in Christ! I have been so greatly moved by all of it. I have come to realized more deeply the journeys of faith that each of them took to follow our Lord Jesus. Thank you for reminding us that all of them were just as human as all of us are now, faced with similar issues, problems, and obstacles in their lives. I also greatly appreciate all of you for dealing with this question, "why isn't everyone healed?" I know that there is no proof of a disability for James, son of Alphaeus, in the Bible, but Jesus welcomes whoever wants to follow Him, so he or one of the others could have had a disability, and one of them probably did. When Jesus walked the earth, He used healing as a means of getting people to see, take notice and believe. Thank you for writing in "Little" James' belief, without being healed, along with his struggles with his suffering and how it changed his life. I suffer from chronic pain and have for decades now, so I can speak about this from the perspective of one who knows and whose life is very different now becauseof it. Without my suffering, I would not have the strong witness of faith, love, and trust, that I do have for Christ. Because of my suffering, I get to speak to people that I may not have met otherwise (drs, nurses, technicians, others who are ill and suffering, families of those who suffer, etc). A Big Thank You to Jordan Walker Ross and his first hand experiences with suffering and his being vulnerable and willing to put it into his performances for The Chosen. And thank you to all of the cast for being willing tools that the Holy Spirit is using to reach the masses with the message of salvation. Amen.
