Despite the backlash that Madden usually gets every year I was optimistic for the game. It looked clean and well done. However, when I bought the game for 70 dollars through preorder I had assumed it would actually be playable in at least some capacity. Madden 24 lags on PC constantly to the point where the game has become virtually unusable. And, that was after an hour of trying to figure out how to even start the game after EA put anti-cheat software into madden 24. I am done believing the lie that the developers actually care about the product they are creating and aren’t in it for a cash grab. I hope that EA looses its monopoly over making madden games after this year. PS: I do have the proper specs to run the game on my computer
