Jay Misra

The film has a quality of a 2 actor play being staged. Cinematography is interesting and really stark. The announcer is pithy and funny. Unfortunately, the emotions and conversations are too stiff and do not flow well. Meg Ryan and David Duchovny are cast well as a middle aged couple but they don’t really have chemistry even though they were lovers 25 years ago. It could have been a brilliant film but it loses out somehow.

It’s a beautifully crafted film and Ben Affleck has played a stellar role.
