1) They are plainly incapable of putting a vaguely decent MMG in play. 40% of games are totally pointless.
2) Everyone at some point gets banned for several days for absolutely nothing and they REFUSE to reverse any ban even if it is very clearly not your fault.
Their customer service are ruder than prison wardens. Absolutely disgusting customer service and the dgaf about customers.
