I had fallen in love with Dragon Age 10 years ago. At first, I really liked the game. Then my approval went down from there. They give you dialogue choices that really only lead you to be the "good guy", you cant use dragon age keep, most of the characters in my opinion were shallowly written. Romance scenes were poor. It just felt like I was playing a game of pretend with you forced into opinions and ideologies, and watching cutscenes that the writers decided they wanted you to support. There was no rich lore, I thought the maps were poorly constructed compared to the last games. Limited exploration, no ability to make your own weapons or armor which I think is just bad form (since it was a big thing in inquisition). it just felt like I was playing a poorly written movie. And I have never been more disappointed. Funny how there is an astronomical amount of 1 star reviews, but all the "big companies" rated it super highly. Let that sink in. I will never be buying another bioware game.
