This is quite heartbreaking to see. There was plentiful and wonderful character development between Pocahontas and Smith in the first movie. I introduced my boyfriend to the first movie and he absolutely loved it. However, 10 minutes in he hated the second movie for the fact that smith "died" so early. Also, throwing away the destiny she threw away in the first movie making the second movie seem horrible.
