I am so unbelievably disappointed in this film, this could have been such an incredible movie. But it was obvious from the start this film was made by people who had absolutely no experience with the games. I cannot in my right mind assume Scott Cawthon had anything to do with this movie. The story was awful, the entire movie was massively childish and it was extremely lore inaccurate to the diehard fans ( there were some good references but barely anything worth noting.) I tried my best to enjoy the movie but after the fort building scene I simply could not take the movie seriously anymore. The mystery was destroyed immediately it made no sense for the animatronics to be friendly atall or controlled by William afton. I cannot fit the reasons fans of the games shouldn’t watch this movie in this review. Let the image you have of the games be the ones you keep and not tarnish them with this movie.
