I booked program with another 11 member all of between 55 to 62 ages before 2 months still they are not conducted journey program. We started journey as conducted dates but on time they booked the hotel. Hotel was very poor food was not properly also. Their languages very abusing. I recommend this Across Holiday travelling agency should be closed permanently . And program conducting person should be punished .
