Wow.. what a movie.. I like the way each frame looked. The way camera moved in certain shots is awesome. The long shots in the songs, which are relatively rare in Telugu cinema were breath taking for me. Such shots require a lot of finesse from all the departments. The songs!!! I could watch the movie on the big screen again just for the songs.. Always saw Chennai in shankar sir's films, but watching vishakapatnam with shankar sir's eyes is new and good. I wouldn't say that the movie is without any cons, as I couldn't agree with some plot twists here and there. But again, it's just a movie. It's a clean movie. Yes, there are no intense emotions where tears roll down my eyes, but that's how I like it. I don't know where all the negativity is coming from, probably because of the hatred or people could not understand the movie. It is better to watch an IAS get some elevations rather than a smuggler. This is a genuine review and I will feel a little happy even if a few people go watch the movie with an open mind after reading this review.
