I thought the acting was pretty good but the story really held it back. Many elements of characters seemed really forced into the movie. Leoโs role(canโt remember character name), had a sudden gearshift into his arc being about cheating on his wife with a show host. It came out of nowhere, never explained if he had any moral conflict so my friends and I assumed we missed the part where he had a divorce. I assume for time constraints this was edited out, but it definitely drug the movie down. Obviously I donโt need to go into the rather disgusting metaphors to politically conservative people. I generally enjoy a good political critique, unless itโs so poorly done, as in this movie, where it becomes impossible to enjoy unless you do harbor a lot of hatred towards people who disagree with you. I do think the main cast did display some good acting so it gets at least a star in my book.
