Mostly unpleasant to watch, but I guess the acting was good.

This might be the first movie I ever walked out of. The only thoughts it provoked were, "What other movies did I hate as much as this? Life Is Beautiful? Dead Poets Society? Us? The Never Ending Story? Kill Bill? Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones?"

Similar to The Matrix in presenting a fantasy of parallel worlds. The Matrix fantasy is much more compelling. Similar to Pulp Fiction in mixing gory violence with social commentary. The Pulp Fiction social commentary and dialogue are much more thought-provoking. Similar to low-budget horror films in employing poor logic and in reintroducing bloodthirsty zombies who you thought were killed in previous scenes.
