Labor Days (Labordays)

Incredibly funny, well-written, and acted.

Terrible acting and writing. Some fun fights but nearly as explicit or gory as the games. The Cole character and the changes to other MK characters are needless and make the closer to a B-movie flick. A very weak film overall.

A bit of a shallow experience and has many technical issues, but a solid RPG overall.

A masterpiece surpassing the original in character depth and direction. The story is somewhat cold, by intent, so it is not as engaging a film as the first But it is so well written it rewards multiple viewings.

One of the worst films ever made.

Phenomenal performance by Pheonix and stylishly directed by Phillips. Very bleak, unrelenting film, but I think seeking a so-called ray of light in the themes and imagery misunderstands the film greatly.
