I'm about 6 hours in and thoroughly enjoying the game so far it's pretty amazing. I'm going into this blind as I've never played a Kojima game before. So far the story is quite thought provoking and entertaining. The pacing of the story itself is unique sometimes the story feels a tiny bit slow but the bigger picture and mystery makes you want to find out more. In relation to game play the pacing is probably not for everyone especially if you're not the patient type of gamer it feels like the type of game that has moments of exciting action and moments which are slower and dare I say soothing. The visuals are amazing and that's one major part of the soothing sensation it feels like a game you can play and enjoy when you don't want a constant blitz of action the type of gaming that you can just enjoy and let everything else melt away without feeling too stressed out about the next thing that's going to kill you. So far this is the type of game I've been looking for, for a long time something I can just pop into whenever I want and just enjoy a relaxing game with action in it. It's a game that will will be devisive some will love it some wont but this is honestly the first time I've played a game and thought hey this is game of the year worthy. It's unique, it is it's own entity not trying to be something else and that's the beauty of it.
