A great show with a great cast. Alice Braga's portrayal of Teresa Mendoza is intense. Her rise from money changer to queen of a drug empire is thought-provoking. I immediately got hooked after the first three episodes. Each season had prologues that were tasteful and mind-blowing. Teresa was a passionate character. Sweet and compassionate one moment the next ruthless and fierce. All 3 seasons are worth watching. They will draw you in like a spiders' web draws in a fly
