It's fun and exciting and way better than the plot description could ever make you expect.

"My word of advice - don't listen to anyone who'll curse and scold this new Matrix part." yep. Casting was a bit weird. The lack of charisma on most of new cast was very distracting.. But I am sure that probably most people who went to see 4th movie have either never seen 2-3rd one or don't remember what happened there.. It's absolutely an sequel to 3rd movie, and made for fans, and people are comparing it to the first movie, with dissapointment, not understanding that it's not a remake, and not intended for being it.

funny and smart, a movie for grownups, that's why so many rate low. if you don't get sarcasm or belive in imaginary super best friends then you'll be offended.

It's a comedy about reality. Germain old fart ministery workers printing out hate speech from internet, on to paper that they planned to store in a room. Indian grown ups watching movies and deciding what other grownups can or can't see. Etc. Pure comedy, based on unbelivable reality.
