I am mostly confused by how well reviewed this is. Writing feels obvious...dun dun dun, professor planned that the police would do whatever they did this episode. Series 3 very quickly feels like a rewrite of series one and follows almost the same story line. And I think the strangest part is that the supposedly clever professor manages to pick an awful team... Twice. Overall it's watchable, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
