No spoilers. When I played Part I it blew me away. So much that I called it the best game I had ever played. Part II brought me back and expressed new themes throughout an emotional roller coaster of flawless story telling. The combat was revamped but still gave the vibe of the first game. The evade mechanic definitely kept the game fresh and helped save ammo and supplies while relying on my timing to dodge attacks. Looting in more open areas also gave off very refreshing vibes while still expressing the feel of Part I. I not only give this game a 5/5 stars, but call it a masterpiece exactly like its predecessor.
