It's a very survival movie about one soldier overcoming all odds to save his comrades from dying. I loved the inclusion of Christian era Paul of Taurus who not only saved his life but also changed his life. I think they did a really good job on capturing the clothing, weapons and realism of the first century era. I watched it last night on a plane ride but now I am anxious to see it again in 4k at home. I agree with the others Mickey Rourke was not right for this character. Still giving it 4 stars.
