I absolutely LOVED the series. I have nothing bad to say about it other than it maybe could've been one episode shorter. Just based on the overall plot and ending. But I appreciated having the extra episode regardless... I was born in the late 80s and Jim Henson's Labyrinth & The Dark Crystal were highlights of my childhood. I loved the introduction of new creatures as well as the return of old ones like the Fizzgigs & the Landstriders. As a kid I always wondered what the world of Thra was like when the Gelfling were abundant and not wiped out yet. The series provided that and more. I'm so grateful that Netflix made this series happen... and I cant imagine there wont be a Season 2 after all the amazing fanfare and reviews the show has received. I give it a 9.5/10.
