Although Penn Badgley is a totally fascinating, and intriguing lead, the rest of the story and characters are huge flops.
Penn is convincing enough to get you through a few episodes, but everything else comes across as weak or targeted for pre-teens. The dialogue is very weak, and the poor acting (aside from Penn) doesn’t help.
