They didn't gave us a clear explanation or scene about se hyeon cheating so for me tae o ended up being the bad guy bc he chose to company song yi over his girlfriend and tae o didn't even knew that se hyeon is cheating even until they broke up. Still it's nice I just feel like there is piece of puzzle missing(se hyeon cheating).
