I have watched the show from the beginning until this year. I did choose to watch the Disney episode however. I found Tyra to be extremely unprofessional. She was a mess. Her hair was a mess, her dress was ill fitted and looked like she was slouching. Constantly put her hand on her hip, her feet were in different directions she was very unprofessional. Why is her face the symb for the show?

I am hard of hearing and rely on closed captions. I am sorry to say yours are terrible. They are behind what is being said and they often dont spell the entire word or type the wrong word. I really wish you would get a better company to do this. It makes it difficult. Thank you. Thank yo
