This was a beautiful crafted, well acted, movie. The movie stays very close to the real account. Educational, and informative. The cast was outstanding. The irony of this being in the same town where the author of To Kill A Mockingbird, is woven throughout the film. While people turn a blind eye to injustice and racism, they then proudly ask if the young attorney has seen the Mockingbird Museum Courthouse. Brie Larson is smart and funny and does a tremendous job. Jamie Fox turns in yet another fabulous performance. He has become a incredible actor. While this may not be a unique premise for a movie, the little touches....showing the larger impact on the family "when they sent Daddy to prison, it was like they sent us all, the impact on the community, and the impact on the prisoners. This is a much watch folm.
