I had owned this book since 1995 second edition, in almost 25 years of this book had always signed primarily for us in aviation industry and aimed us known the gap between academic sources of knowledge and the practical operation of aircraft for us besides as an aircrew and instructor... And I was lucky ever once flight with Capt. Frank Hawkins (rif), he was join KLM and scheduled joint operation with Garuda Indonesia flight in DC-10-30 series aircraft.
