"I was there to push people beyond what's expected of them"
"There are no two words in the English language more harmful than 'Good job'."
"You just gotta practice and practice and practice with one goal in mind, never to be laughed at or be unnoticed again" (i added a bit to it)
These 3 dialogues are the heart of the movie and the main takeaways too. Pushing yourselves forward with an imaginary Terrance Fletcher in mind is the whole key. Your goal is what should drive you to it. Without that, life would be an absolute tragedy.
New ideas, paths, techniques, strategies, etc. are all gonna start to pop up and materialize when you push yourself at regular intervals and keep practicing what your goal demands.
Seriously, I got "WHIPLASHED"
Teller and Simmons just STOLE the show. The irony is, they GAVE a lot!
