The only thing that makes this show an adult animation was the use of 4 letter words. Otherwise I watched it with a smile but no laughs. Maybe if I were prepubescent I’d think it was original and funny. Really wanted to like it but it just didn’t seem to be as clever as it was attempting to be. The show just seemed pretentious Sorry!

I simply want more! The monumental effort to prequel the finest show ever to be on TV takes a lot of balls! The Psychological density of each of these characters is just emerging and I pray that HBO sees this films great effort to allow more encores to be enjoyed by fans of the greatest series ever written. It’s all there just waiting to be elaborated with a follow up series or movie. Encore!

Nice to watch , but just keep waiting for a twist or curiosity about the story. Maybe the the films meaning went over my head. Pretty disappointing after all is said and done. Sam Elliot was good, but the film is boring. It just seemed meaningless. I really wanted to like it.
