Since I played the video game The Last of Us Part One. It was amazing experience and hoped that the live version served well to adapt majority of the content the game had to offer. Fast forward to the live action. Episode 1 and 2 was very well planned out. Almost like playing the video game again. I was impressed on how the director found the individuals to make the fungus creatures. having that much detailed. Episode 3 left a bad taste in my opinion next time seeing an episode like this. I will stop watching the rest of it. That never happened in the video game and disgusted what happened. Just told a story about a "bromance" that shouldn't happened. I am getting sick and tired of networks offering what happened in episode three. I just want a linear story of a video game adaptation into a live action TV series without having that kind of "bromance" to ruin a beautiful video game adapation.

This was an awful movie to be seen in some years time. I was very disappointed in the whole story and then the ending left me to think this could have been better. In the movie, the characters had not emotions and felt watered down with no personality. It's like the director didn't put any soul into this at all. The title of the movie made no sense even till the end. There were some funny moments but doesn't add up to a two star. Rotten Tomatoes 87% are from those who got brain washed or paid to leave a review to boost this movie to be watchable. If I was on rotten tomatoes, this movie would get a BIG green splat. Such a shame to waste two hours for watching this hideous movie.

Season One = Great Season Two = Great Spoilers Season Three - not so great and hasn't nothing to do with Covid-19. I disliked the path the writers for the following: Katherine and Eddie giving them a worst relationship throughout the seasons but in three became very disappointment. Marriages are a two way street not a single bike path to ride by yourself. A wife/husband doesn't give up on each other just by saying "Okay you cheated, it's over" or "Oh you're taking drugs now, it's over". Get back on that horse and keep going. Challenges do create character but also shows that others can go through a lot then talk about their experiences. Gary and Maggie - there story was like a rollercoaster and then Gary met Tina. C'mon man Gary and Maggie = perfect powerful couple. But the writers didn't see it that way. Delilah - Out of the picture in Season Three such a shame Rome and Regina: Struggled to get a kid in Season two and such a shame they didn't. I like Rome (from 40 yr old Virgin) and has been a good funny actor. Regina nothing to complain about nevertheless she is a strong character for all three seasons thus far.

Follow the story of a Wild Wild West character Cullen Bohannon coming to the town Hell on Wheels. Each episode will encounter what life was like during the Wild West. There will be side stories involving slaves, prostitutes, Native Americans, and Europeans. The main story is building a railroad stretching across the United States. Cullen Bohannon befriends a former slave Elam Ferguson as they venture together. Each season brings it's own identity of trials and tribulations to Hell on Wheels series. This is a very underrated TV series that had to compete with the Walking Dead. I do love the Walking Dead series for what it brought to the fan base. However for a Wild Wild West story Hell on Wheels also brings a new spin on what life was like back then.

Just finished watching Jericho a few weeks ago and found out why the 2 seasons failed. The producers, writers, and director pushed the story too hard into one season. And 2nd season was just a cleanup. Majority of the story and side stories could have been spread out through many seasons. Here are my thoughts on what Jericho TV series should have been for each season Season 1 Like in Jericho (2006) keep the story on the nuclear bombs being the catalyst to start the chain of events. Next towns are relying on each other for supplies and help. Each episode should be with different characters trying to survive in Jericho. Then late in the season advance those characters to have some inside drama like affairs, divorce, food scarce, marriages, and killings. Trading among towns are getting scarce until air supplies begin to drop. Season 2 Introduce a few military factions trying to take over Jericho because of the farms and salt mines. Then some of the characters join the military factions that will start a civil war. Suddenly, the town is doing hard labor from winter heading into summer with little to no crops. Introduce the new government’s military to fight off the other military factions. Note: The nuclear bomb that was supposed to go off ends up being in Season 3 with two FBI agents (disguised) to investigate what went wrong. Season 3 Refugees hear about towns having food, shelter, and medical facilities. A return of an ex-girlfriend seeing her ex- boyfriend now married in Jericho with someone else. She becomes in rage and wants revenge on him. Another small story is a serial killer enters with the refugees and begins the killing sprees. Then FBI agents Jericho (2006) enters with what happened to the nuclear bomb that did not get delivered to one of the major cities in the Midwest. A spy from another country enters Jericho to find the FBI agents trying to locate the nuclear bomb. Suddenly the refugees start to form their own government inside Jericho to overthrow the mayor. Then the citizens start to fight back, and bloodshed begins. Out of nowhere an airplane crash lands in between the city borders of Jericho and South Brooke. Season 3 This new virus kills off animals and forcing the inhabitants of Jericho and South Brooke to find a cure. The citizens try to survive the winter without meat as the crops are thinning out. Furthermore, the salt mine around Jericho is depleting slowly while Dark Haven 150 miles away wants the rest of it. Season 4 News on the TV introduces a new America group trying to create a different country. Forming its own country Texas breaks off from the United States. Next other countries try their best to enter the United States and to take the country over. While in Jericho and other towns try to hold them off. Season 5 Then Texas forms with Kansas and Oklahoma to take shape. Three states going against the United States trying to be put back together. And then develop a better way to have a season finale. Overall this could have been a great TV series if the story wasn't pushed too fast and hard. Give time for stories to develop and then push for twists during each season. I will give this 5 stars since watching Jericho during this Covid-19 was good to occupy my time.

I am a fan of Shadownrun and Cyberpunk dystopian themes whether they are video games or movies. I enjoyed Will Smith being a cop alongside an orc. I'd love to see Bright 2 the movie. However, Bright should have been a 4-5 season on Netflix before and after the first Bright movie. Seasons 1-3 brings in the movies and then follows by seasons 4-5 bringing an end to a nice entire series. Nevertheless, maybe a stretch for Season 6. This movie is underrated alongside that it does open other story options. Furthermore, they should have introduced dragons or other fantasy characters to bring the a dystopian world. Seeing a fairy at the beginning could have been its small story with the Bright series if it happened. Even though the movie was fast and got to the point. I hope that Bright 2 follows more in depth with the Dark Lord since there was not flashbacks on the villain's description. Just have to wait and find out. Maybe someone at Netflix can turn this into a series it deserves.

After binge watching all four seasons of The Magicians. 2 stars. That is what I am giving this show. Let me add that Season 1 wasn't that bad however season 2 to 4 went to a totally horrible different direction. Spoilers be warned or forever hold thy peace and mind. Storyline Many problems occurred after they defeated the Beast, some of them heading to Fillory, meeting new characters and so forth. Teaching for the keys was painful enough to follow how each character(s) tried to get them by restoring magic to the world. Lack of magic abilities. This also felt like Harry Potter meets Dawson's Creek where the students had to grow up quick when the Beast showed up in Season 1. Story development was not planned correctly and should have been given to a A lister story writer. Magic I have seen more magic used in the Marvel movie Dr Strange than in the entire four seasons of The Magicians. This is even a water down magic show that Syfy has yet to know this shouldn't have continue to air. The use of magic wasn't even fully implemented unless one of the main characters had to use it. Why wasn't there more magic involved into Season 1 to Season 4? Answer go ask Syfy. Characters Problems with characters were: a) water down acting b) bland emotions during their quest or when a crisis occurred c) less usage of magic d) each character's role was useless e) not enough villains or killed off too quickly like Marina or the Beast f) character storyline seemed to be underdeveloped What should have happened (spoilers) The students saw the Beast and thus started to learn more magic skills throughout season 1. Then season 2 have the beast threaten Fillory to gain control over it and the students kill him in that realm. Season 3 interact with a better story about magic being removed and fighting dragons, elves, and so forth. Season 4 being challenged by the "gods" on their magic abilities or have some "god(s)" from outer space or another time and place to challenge the students For example: each character should have had a real quest using about 80% of magic throughout the four seasons. There should have introduced battlemages and spellswords into this series. None of this existed. I found that is was painful enough to watch the four seasons. It would take all the magic and a bag of tricks in The Magicians series for me to watch Season 5 once Netflix posts it. This show had potential and somehow Syfy has let go of this series since season one was created. Hopefully a better "magic" show is in store for someone outside Syfy to create.

Hmm where to start about this new Netflix original. I will begin with that this Locke and Key first season was better than a fake magic show that a sci-fi channel couldn't create. No spoilers this time upon watch it for yourself and enjoy the magical ride without using a wooden stick to count on doing any low end magic tricks. Let me go back to the first four episodes of Locke and Key. The first four episodes pulled me in and kept getting better till the final episode. I believe Season 2 will go even further to explain what is happening later into the series. Even though I didn't know the cast members there acting was better than some cheesy magicians that couldn't pull off. I enjoyed each one of them and believe should come back. There were some funny, serious, and suspense moments throughout each episode. Furthermore, Each key having a "magical" ability was very unique. Each key should have had a story behind it but we will probably have to wait till Season 2 or Season 3. Overall, I give this Locke and Key a 5-star since it was original, unique, and suspense story yet to be told until the next season. After watching the final episode, I want to jump right into Season 2. Oh by the way, Jackson Robert Scott from (IT) was the young brother and had a well played role into Locke and Key. For all those haters who probably didn't like this go back to that magic show that a sci-fi channel created with a bunch of Dawson Creek rejects.
