I can’t stop listening to this book by Jennifer Robson. It is my favorite of her books. Charlotte’s heart stole me away. Great love story as well as the learning of suffering after the First World War in England.

This book was outstanding in describing events and the thoughts of those involved. I can actually in some degree feel their pain at giving up children. And then feeling Lisa’s anguish and courage when she came to Britain. A story of gray love and heroism. Thanks.
