I presented my doctorate dissertation to the Alliant University on 4/3/2001 where I addressed the issues of inequality and based on extensive research stated we would be in a situation where we are now. The demographical projections along with the level of educational opportunities indicated that although minorities would be the largest demographical group, they will not be prepared and educated for achieving wealth parity resulting in social unrest as it is happening now. The dissertation title is: An Exploratory Study On Emotional Intelligence, Ethnicity And Generational Groups In A Higher Education Setting.
