The game is great. You can jump into battles fairly quickly, and the fleet battles are tremendous because you can mix in dogfighting with capitol ship combat. There are tons of ways to mod your fighters, and as you progress you'll get more slots to play with. Example: I have 5 slots, so I can run with 5 different versions of Fighters, interceptors, bombers, and support ships.
It is fun, quick, and puts you back in the cockpit again.
