As an non-white American, I have spent my life observing and living the contradictions of life as an American. TURN is the first dramatization that captured these complexities and made me proud to claim this heritage as my own. This series is a masterpiece and a triumph. It leaves me reflecting greatly and often on our continued struggles as an American people. May the Revolution never end! Bravo to Samuel Roukin and Ian Kahn for their compelling portrayals of Simcoe and Washington respectively!
