One star is too much for the show but there is no zero choice. If this show was meant to be a farce I might give it2 for being a bad farce. Could a child really hold on to nothing but the string of a kite, fly 20 feet up in the air for a minutes without falling ? ridiculous. And that perfectly fake tornado was like a cartoon version. My Nashville firefighter friends were appalled.

A thoroughly entertaining romp through a fictional and fantastical Regency London with the Bridgerton's. I'm a book fan so I was prepared to love the show unless it disappointed me very badly. It did not disappoint. I watched for Simon and Daphne's relationship and I got as much or more than I expected. The chemistry between the two leads was as aI imagined and may I just say that Mr. Page smoulders as the Duke of Hastings. All of the side stories were well done. I could take or leave the new characters that they introduced to add some interaction with the other Bridgertons and understand why it was probably necessary. Netflix please give us more!!
