Don't listen to all the negative reviews. So much homophobia ! "too much focus on the sex !" you never hear too much focus on violence ! and to complain that it isn't historically accurate is ridiculous. none of the shows are. but at least this one didn't erase the homosexuality and lesbianism. I felt this was an excellent show that showed how Mary Villiers, George's son and the Queer and the wife of Sir Edward were all the master minds behind these men. and how the woman was seen as cunning or scheming but the men were not. Also shows how our very puritanical ideas around sexuality was not modern at all and were much less rigid in the past. The acting was excellent, the writing very good and the concept very interesting. To show a kind that actually had deep need for love and unlike in some shows were the King is manipulating all the women around him in this film the women are doing the manipulating. perhaps that is what people don't like. but i found it utterly entertaining and worth watching. Certainly better than the empty violence of the show on the Tudors. watch it and see for yourself.

ignore the negative reviews. this is a spell binding series. I am so hooked. the acting and writing is excellent. and thankfully the women in the film are much more drawn out and more active than the first movie. watch this if you can. i can't wait for the last two episoded.

DON'T listen to the snotty negative reviews about this film ! will it is a bit predictable and could be better written overall it is still a sweet sensitive thoughtful funny film and well worth watching. Its interesting how critics never criticize violent films no matter how stupid the story. yet almost all the critics lambasted this film and yet almost all the reviewers by the public here loved it and i am one of them.

The film the Burial would have been a really good documentary because the story of a small honest person suing a big corrupt corporation and winning is part of the American myth that is all we have to hold onto since the reality is large capitalists almost always win over a smaller person. so the story is a sure fire Hallmark card winner for a hungry or even desperate American audience, but the acting, writing, filming, and saccharine story line which is so superficial as to make it simplistic and silly and not understandable make it a very bad film. If you really can't find anything else watch it cause at least it has an uplifting story..

Well everyone else i love Liam Neeson however this film took an interesting idea and made a mess of it. I wish you all had warned me not to spend 90 mins of my life watching this film. The last 10 minutes was the worst. The story didn't hold together at all. Was it worth it to see an older Liam Neeson beat up a bunch of bad guys ? i don't think so . I don't know why he would agree to be in this terrible film but i hope he finds a better project cause he is a fantastic actor.

Excellent film. Touching. And uplifting. And realistic. Beautifully acted.

worst film i have seen in a long time. i don't know how anyone can give this a good review. it is so canned and bad that i couldn't watch the whole movie. don't watch it.
