This is a fantastic book in terms of content. It's 5 stars there. I don't know who decided to typeset the book in two columns with a big bottom margin. That setup makes the pdf version highly readable (each line of text is approximately 6--8 words), difficult top annotate (some lines span both columns, others do not), and impossible to CTRL+F search (because so many words are line-broken from the limited justification) . So minus two stars there. Lemme know when the 6th edition comes out... i'd love to purchase a print version, but only if it's NOT in this idiotic format.
