A Brave Little Cookie is a book that should be an inspiration to any child who reads the book to not be deterred and stay brave in their quest/efforts to bring about change. It is a colorful and easy to read book that depicts the attacks that Lavon experienced. Despite the encounters, she reminded steadfast and brave. A great role model for children of all ages! I recommend that parents/grandparents purchase this book for their children.
