besides being historically in accurate (for example the Dauphine Who is ironically played by Robert Pattinson a british actor ended up becoming the king of France and along with joan of arc kicked the english out of france and won the hundred years’ war. (Ironically yet again the ruling family of England at the time we’re Normans yeah and spoke French because they were French nobles who also ruled england. this would’ve been a far more interesting story then the made up story line of king Henry who also ironically is played by French actor Timothée Chalamet! Beyond this it is too slow paced and further propagates the myth that the British won the hundred years war. it’s understandable seeing as the two biggest film markets currently are the United States and the United Kingdom A.k.a. English speaking countries but France won the hundred years war yes they lost in Agincourt but France has by far the most victories in battle of any other nation in the world and have won most of their battle against the uk
