We watch AGT every year and we really enjoy it. If I know Simon Cowell, I know that he had good reason to fire Hough and Union. He runs the show and dictates how things operate, and I think these two trouble makers came on the show and tried to changed it up to fit how they wanted it to operate, and when that didn't happen they cried, "toxic work environment" plus "racism" when they were removed.
